Under the patronage of HH Sheikh Abdulaziz Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi’s Foundation, the Mosaic Market was a big hit. The Mosaic Market took place from March 15th to 17th at the Ajman Marina. The market brought together fashion, handicrafts, accessories, cosmetics, art, botany, books and furniture all under one roof. It also hosted the 2nd Annual Ajman Paint Run on 16th March. The entire event attracted more than 10,000 visitors, 3000 paint runners with 50 kiosks and 10 food trucks 90% of them where local Emirate business.
The market was part of the foundation’s commitment to serve the community and bring joy to the citizens and residents of the Emirate of Ajman and the UAE. MARSA Properties was the venue sponsor, allowing for a stage with a live DJ, music performances breakdancing, and ballet. Thousands of people from across the UAE celebrated health, happiness, and altruism.
Mr. Humaid Yousef Al Ajmani, a member of the Abdulaziz Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi Foundation’s board of directors, commented, “We anticipated more participation than last year but the positive response exceeded our expectations. The Mosaic Market was sponsored by Ajman Land and Property Department, Tiger Properties, Ajman Holdings, Ajman Sewerage and the members of The Federal National Council, and Rayaat Advertising.
Ajman Tourism Development Department, Ajman Economic Department, Ajman Municipality, Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development and Sogha project, Ajman Police, Ajman Civil Defence, Thumbay Group, and Mohammed Bin Rashid Est for SME Development (Dubai SME) were supporting partners. The sponsors and supporters have immensely contributed towards the success of Mosaic Market.
Mosaic Market appeals to the young and old and has something for everyone – shows, activities, stalls, food counters, play area and much more. The market is the perfect place for entrepreneurs and members of the community who wish to showcase their small and medium-sized enterprises. In addition to the countless handicrafts and products available at the booths, were spacious play areas that entertained children while the adults indulged in retail therapy.
