Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Monday, September 29th 2014 [ME NewsWire]

The fifteenth edition of the Hotel Show Dubai, the largest hotel supply event for the MENA region
saw Emirates Neon Group, one of the pioneering visual communications companies as one of their main exhibitors this year. The company proudly announced their biggest expansion plan, of launching three new services under their existing diverse service portfolio, namely Architectural Lighting, Façade Lighting and Hotel Art.

Mr. Rehan Merchant, Group CEO of Emirates Neon Group, commented, “As a supplier to the hospitality sector, this is a great exhibition that we believe has a tremendous impact on our signage division. This exhibition will give us an opportunity to interact with potential customers and showcase our strength in hotel signage. It will also be the most appropriate time to announce our latest expansion into the lighting and art industry with the launch of our three latest services.  We have been in the façade lighting and art business in China for the past 7 years specifically for the hotel sector and have had great success, through that we have gained unique expertise which we would like to now bring to Dubai.”

ENG will now look at providing complete lighting and art décor solutions that will help improve an overall brand visual image. The focus will be on flood lighting design, construction of indoor and outdoor landscape lighting, LED light source technology as well as the research and development of indoor and outdoor logo designs. Elaborating on each division launched:
  • Architectural Lighting will deal primarily with the illumination of buildings and is a key component of the external appearance of a building
  • Facade lighting highlights special features of the architecture without impairing them and gives any building their own character, making them popular attractions in the cityscape both day and night
  • The Hotel Art will offer contemporary designs that will look at transforming the look and feel of ordinary wall interiors into an extraordinary piece of art
Merchant further went on to share, “With Dubai winning the Expo 2020 bid, the real estate market in the Middle East is fast transforming and ever expanding by attracting more investments to the region. This industry requires support in world class signage technology and we are geared up to offer the best-in-class technology, equipment and now lighting and art decor.”
