The Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department at the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters recently announced that it has moved its offices into the department’s new building located near the old one. The new building meets all the conditions and requirements of comprehensive quality, achieves the strategic objectives of police work, and provides distinguished services to the public; through the availability of essential and complementary pillars to serve the public.
Colonel Suhail Saeed Al Khaili, Chief of the Vehicles Licensing Section at the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department indicated that moving to a new building comes in line with the development and modernization the UAE is witnessing in various fields in general and in the licensing services in particular, so as to provide traffic services with high efficiency.
“The Department has initiated its work on the new building, and has located the entrance (Gate) to the building toward the north on the street facing the Police College. It has also set all the requirements and conditions which are available in modern buildings and needed for achieve success of the work and provide optimum services to citizens and residents as well”, he added. He pointed out that the new building includes several lounges for customers and counters to complete transactions related to the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department, where the building included large halls equipped with all services that provide comfort in order to complete customers’ transactions quickly and conveniently.
Moreover, Al Khaili stressed the Abu Dhabi Police’s keenness to provide distinguished services to the public, through the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department, by facilitating the completion of transactions swiftly. Concluding he noted that the new building will be able to accommodate the big number of customers, so as to enhance the level of services provided to them.
