(IPS), a leading, full-service engineering firm dedicated to helping Biopharmaceutical Clients succeed with capital projects and improve operations, today announced the appointment of Peter Hanson as Director of Process Architecture in Asia and Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Regions. In this role, Mr. Hanson will leverage his extensive industry and operations insight and knowledge of international project execution for the benefit of both local and multi-national companies building facilities in Asia and Europe.

Mr. Hanson possesses more than twenty years of global architectural, design and construction experience, primarily in the biopharmaceutical industry. Mr. Hanson is well known for his expertise in developing master plans and concepts for all sectors of bio-pharmaceutical industry including biologics, aseptic fill finishing, solid dosage forms; soft gels, liquids/ointments, egg and cell culture based vaccine production, nutritionals and potent compounds. Most recently, he was the Principal Process Architect for a large Europe-based engineering company. His work has spanned the globe from China to the United States to Europe to Australia to India. Mr. Hanson received his BS in Construction Management from Reading University and MS in Architecture from the University of East London.
