Internet video delivery services such as YouTube, have enabled both private and business users to deliver streaming content, and their numbers are steadily increasing.

Currently, users have the ability to express their liking of videos by clicking a 'like' button,

However, they have only been able to 'like' the content in its entirety.


Now with iCHIMOK service, users are able to 'like' content right in the timeline – 'liking' specific moments, scenes, and lines.

This makes it possible for users to participate in more detailed feedback of streamed content. Users are able to specify what particular part is 'liked', enabling the feedback from other users to be grasped in greater detail.

How to use iCHIMOK

Peak graph & fluctuation in number of viewers/listeners (users) User's 'likes' are tallied on the iCHIMOK servers. This makes it possible to display a graph showing what specific parts of the content were of the most interest to users. In addition, the number of viewers/listeners can also be displayed on the graph real time.
Highlight replay It is possible to replay highlight points (points where the user's 'likes' are concentrated) taken from peak occurrences of 'likes' based on the user's input.

Data Analysis By analyzing the number of 'likes' and when they were clicked, it is possible to identify what specific part of the content was like by what kind of user profile. Highly accurate and detailed marketing data can be collected by further breaking down the data for analysis. iCHIMOK's goal is the effective utilization of content through interactive communication between the content provider and the audience using its compatibility with all currently available streaming content. iCHIMOKwill be compatible to all currently available streamed content through internet browser plug-in, licensing to other internet video delivery services, and preinstalled devices.
