A celebrated Hollywood cast, and a promising Lebanese actor, scriptwriter and producer, James Jurdi, will be taking the silver screen by storm this season with two breathtaking thrillers to be released in the GCC and Middle East in October and November 2014.
Helios Productions, a motion picture development and Production Company that creates and delivers quality entertainment, is spearheading the initiative.
Renowned actor and former San Quentin inmate Danny Trejo and British actor Vinnie Jones worked jointly with the Lebanese American actor and scriptwriter James Jurdi, together with Jack Busey and Shayla Beesley on this year’s Horror and Sci-Fi Hollywood production; written by James Jurdi and Mark James and directed by Philip Shih.
Reaper will be released in cinemas on October 30, 2014. The movie is about a falsely charged victim whose execution oddly failed, hitting him back to a supernatural being seeking revenge – while a young woman on a mission gets involved.
Another movie soon to be released on November 20 – Pocket Listing; a darkly comic contemporary film written also by James Jurdi and directed by Conor Allyn. Starring Rob Lowe, Burt Reynolds, James Judi and Jessica Clark. This satirical thriller is about L.A’s real estate acts of murder, mistaken identity, and revenge that happen when a mysterious power player and his wife hire a scheming broker to secretly sell their Malibu villa.
The buzz is that James Jurdi may be attending Pocket Listing premiere in Dubai. The artistic flair of James Jurdi comes from his background in filmography; he is known for his star role in Nocturnal Errands in 2012 & Price in 2007.

Reaper is released just in time for Halloween and the thrills will continue up until the release of Pocket Listing in November. Horror, Thriller, Crime and Indie film lovers will be exhilarated with these movies’ eerie flavor to pull off the season.
