The
Media and Public Relations Coordination Committee at the Ministry of
Interior discussed development projects for the Police General
Headquarters across the country and discussed the suggested PR
employees' forum.
The
committee's first meeting for 2014 was chaired by Colonel Hussein
Mahmoud Al Awadi, Acting Head of Public Relations Department at the
Ministry of Interior and chairman of the committee, and took place in
his office at the Ministry of Interior. The meeting was attended by
Colonel Dr. Jassem Khalil Mirza, Director of Security Awareness at Dubai
Police, and all committee members from the various Police General
Headquarters in the state.
The
committee also discussed a number of topics listed on its agenda,
including recommendations that have been accomplished since the last
meeting, the distribution of tasks and assignments over members, and the
evaluation of the committee's operations.
The
group then examined the proposal presented by the committee's chairman
regarding the development of the Ministry of Interior’s Village for next
year.
