The
Fujairah Police GHQ signed an agreement with the Saaed for Traffic
Systems to implement its operational services in order to reconstruct
traffic accidents in the emirate. This agreement is in pursuance of the
initiative of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme
Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah, to upgrade the mechanisms
regulating traffic in the emirate, and adopt the best practices in the
planning and the reconstruction of accidents. This initiative would
garner public satisfaction, reduce response time, provide quick access
to accident sites, and eliminate all the negative aspects associated
with the reconstruction of traffic accidents, which places a great
burden on security and traffic patrols operating the area.
Brigadier
Mohammed Ahmed bin Ghanim Al Kaabi, Commander-in-Chief of Fujairah
Police, expressed his heartfelt thanks and appreciation to His Highness,
the Ruler of Fujairah, for the plans to implement this project. “The
application of Saaed’s operational processes would help to achieve the
aspirations and strategies of the Fujairah Police GHQ, which aim to meet
the best international standards in terms of traffic safety, and reduce
traffic congestion caused by traffic accidents. This can be achieved by
providing the best response times, finishing traffic accident
reconstructions in the shortest possible time and manage traffic
accidents sites, so as to reduce their negative effects on the traffic
movement,” said Brigadier Al Kaabi.
The Commander-in-Chief of
Fujairah Police pointed out the importance of the value-added service
through the application Saaed’s operational processes to reconstruct
traffic accidents; through the redeployment of personnel related to
traffic regulation and accident reconstruction.“Part of the patrols
currently operating in the field will focus on security work and
intensify their efforts to combat negative behaviors, curb any security
and community unbecoming conducts, and enhance security capabilities for
combating habits foreign to society and crimes in all their forms,”
added Brigadier Al Kaabi.
Furthermore, Brigadier Al Kaabi praised
Saaed’s achievements in adopting technical solutions and modern smart
systems that assist with traffic safety issues. He also praised its
efforts to promote the level of safety and traffic awareness, leveraging
its technical capacity and highly trained and qualified staff. “Such
efforts contribute to meeting the coveted expectations of improving
traffic performance,” concluded Brigadier Al Kaabi.
For his part,
Brigadier Eng. Hussein Ahmed Al Harithi, Director of Traffic and
Patrols Directorate at Abu Dhabi Police and Chairman of the Saaed for
Traffic Systems, expressed his heartfelt thanks and appreciation to His
Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and
Ruler of Fujairah, for his noble gesture and wise vision to develop
traffic systems in the Emirate of Fujairah. “Sheikh Mohammed strives
continuously toward optimum performance so as to reach the highest
standards of security on the roads and in the state. Signing this
agreement with the Fujairah Police embodies this deep and insightful
vision,” added Brigadier Eng. Al Harithi.
“Signing this agreement
to implement Saaed’s operational processes in the Emirate of Fujairah
represents a major challenge for the company to pursue further
excellence in providing services according to the best international
practices. It is also an incentive to actively contribute and support
the efforts of the emirate to improve traffic systems and enhance
planning and reconstruction of traffic accidents, already implemented
successfully in the emirates of Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al
Quwain, Sharjah and Ajman,” noted Brigadier Eng. Al Harithi.
Al
Harithi said that the company would make all the preparations and supply
the equipment required to implement its operational processes in
Fujairah, in terms of the number of patrols and participating teams,
while providing techniques, modern systems, state-of-the-art software
and manpower to achieve optimum performance. “This would allow Saaed to
reach traffic accidents in a short time, plan and assess related
damages, and estimate repair costs and damages.
In conclusion,
Brigadier Eng. Al Harithi stressed the company’s commitment, based on
its successful experience in the field of traffic safety, to provide
high-tech and advanced services in the field of traffic accident
management, traffic accident reconstruction, and road assistance
services with the aim of achieving the Ministry of Interior’s vision of
