ADCO Delegation Reviews Duties of ADP Operations Department

ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates - Thursday, February 26th 2015 [ME NewsWire]

A delegation from the Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Oil Operations (ADCO) visited the Operations Department at Abu Dhabi Police to review the various tasks and duties undertaken by the department. The visit falls within the framework of communication and relationship management with partners.

The delegation, led by Mohammed Mubarak, CEO of Emergency and Crisis at ADCO, was briefed by Colonel Mohsen Al Yafe’I, Acting Deputy Head of Police Operations, about the Operations Room’s tasks and strategic plans.

The delegation was also acquainted with the information and technology systems adopted by the Police Operations Room, the methods of processing and handling emergency notifications, and the different equipment used by the department, as well as the technology systems and programs used in the Operations Rooms.

The delegation members also watched a documentary film showcasing the most important achievements of the Operations Rooms, as well as the methods to follow up on accidents, by utilizing advanced modern technology means. Towards the end of the visit, both parties exchanged photos and commemorative gifts.
