Abu Dhabi Residency Listens to Public Suggestions to Develop Services


ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates - Monday, December 29th 2014 [ME NewsWire]

The General Directorate of Residency and Foreign Affairs in Abu Dhabi reviewed the public opinion and suggestions about its services and the means of developing them. This step comes in response to the police leadership’s directives to promote customer service concept.

Colonel Salim Ali Al Qattam Al Zaabi, Director General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Abu Dhabi stressed on the Directorate’s commitment to strengthen communication with customers as part of the “We Ask You to Make You Happy” initiative. “The Directorate is keen to listen to the public opinions and suggestions that help realize objectives of providing distinguished services and advance the work system,” He noted. “This translates the federal government vision of achieving happiness of citizens, residents and visitors alike.”

Colonel Al Zaabi has recently met with the Directorate’s customers and welcomed them in its headquarters. The meeting was attended by Colonel Yusuf Ismail Al Khouri, Deputy Director General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs; as well as heads of departments and chiefs of sections. He listened to the customers’ notes and suggestions that have a positive role in uplifting the work efficiency and developing the provided services.
