MoI Honors Participants in Developing Al Faraj Fund


ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates - Thursday, December 25th 2014 [ME NewsWire]

The Ministry of Interior recently honored chairmen and members of sub-committees at the Punitive and Correctional Establishments in the country in appreciation and recognition for their participation and contribution in Al Faraj Fund’s works and activities.

Major General Dr. Nasser Lakhrebani Al Nuaimi, Secretary General of the Office of HH Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior and Chairman of the Al Faraj Fund, presented the honorees with certificates of appreciation at the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters.

The Secretary General expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the members for their efforts in developing the fund’s services and achieving its goals. He stressed the need to enhance the efforts in a way that reflects the police leadership’s aspirations in this humanitarian work.

The honoring ceremony was attended by Colonel Saud Al Saadi, Director of the Secretariat of the Office of HH the Minister; Colonel Abdul Hakim Al Suwaidi, treasurer of the Al Faraj Fund; and Colonel Ahmad Saeed Al Badi, Director General of the Faraj Fund; along with a number of senior police officers.
