Stream Global Services Acquires Tunisia-Based N2SP

Acquisition adds enhanced chat and email support capability to Stream’s French language service offerings

EAGAN, Minn - Tuesday, August 27th 2013 [ME NewsWire]

(BUSINESS WIRE) Stream Global Services today announced it has acquired N2SP Tunisie, a Tunisian-based company offering service and multichannel support to European customers. N2SP provides a range of services primarily through chat and email capabilities, including hotline maintenance and technical support, customer service and back office activities. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Stream is a global business process outsourcing services firm that provides sales, customer care, and technical support services to Fortune 1000 companies. Stream operates approximately 55 service centers globally with more than 39,000 employees worldwide.
