Under the patronage of Lt. General HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, the Ministry of Interior will celebrate the fifth group wedding tomorrow. The event is organized in cooperation with the Marriage Fund, and includes the participation of 45 of the ministry’s members. The event will take place at the Armed Forces Officers Club.

Colonel Obaid Al Zaabi, Chief of the Public Relations Section at the Public Relations Department, the Ministry of Interior said: “This group wedding, which is organized by the Ministry of Interior for its members, represents the genuine social partnership between the ministry and government institutions, that helps it achieve its strategic goals. The ministry is keen to establish family units and social stability for its members and relieve them from marriage burdens.”

At a lecture that was organized for the 45 grooms and took place on Sunday, the Ministry of Interior urged the men to build a stable family. Colonel Al Zaabi discussed the importance of group weddings and stressed it is important for the Ministry of Interior to support such events in order to help them establish stable families.

Dr. Mahmoud Mustafa Al Samadi, religious preacher at the Ministry of Interior said: “Marriage is an inherent way of conduct and paves a path towards happiness, tranquility and prosperity. It helps mankind survive and brings peace to the human soul, and pushes us away from corruption and vices. Our religion has urged young men to marry once they reach maturity. Marriage is a civilized and national tradition that aims to build stable families; the core of every decent society.”

He added: “The Ministry of Interior, in cooperation with the Marriage Fund, is organizing marriages for its younger officers, non-commissioned officers, employees and civilians. These efforts aim to empower the bonds in the country, in order to help establish cohesive, stable Emirati families. Building families relies on a balanced process that is based on feelings and emotions between the husband and the wife, in addition to mutual understanding between them.”

Mansoor Al Hirmi, Chief of Auditing Section and member of Group Wedding Committee at the Marriage Fund, praised the Ministry of Interior for their work that establishes partnerships with government institutions, provides financial benefits, organizes mass weddings, and puts together awareness lectures and gives guidance.

Furthermore, consultant Abdullah Moussa, a family expert at Dubai Courts and the Marriage Fund, presented a number of instructions and advised the grooms on various social and educational  topics that are of interest  to newlyweds. These ideas aim to serve Emirati families and society.

سيف بن زايد يرأس اجتماعاً لمجلس التركيبة السكانية

عقد المجلس الاتحادي للتركيبة السكانية اجتماعه الدوري التاسع، أمس الأول الأربعاء، في أبوظبي برئاسة الفريق سمو الشيخ سيف بن زايد آل نهيان، نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الداخلية رئيس المجلس، وبحضور معالي صقر غباش، وزير العمل نائب رئيس المجلس الاتحادي للتركيبة السكانية، ومعالي سلطان المنصوري وزير الاقتصاد ومعالي الدكتور أنور قرقاش وزيرالدولة  للشؤون الخارجية، ومعالي مريم الرومي وزيرة الشؤون الاجتماعية، وراشد لخريباني النعيمي  أمين عام المجلس الاتحادي للتركيبة السكانية.
وناقش المجلس مستجدات تنفيذ الاستراتيجية الاتحادية للتركيبة السكانية التي أقرها مجلس الوزراء، وفي سبيل ذلك تم استعراض جهود التنسيق مع الجهات الحكومية الاتحادية والمحلية لمتابعة سير وإنجاز المشاريع والبرامج المشتركة، وشدد المجلس على ضرورة تكامل الجهود لتحقيق المستهدفات تماشياً مع رؤية الدولة ٢٠٢١.
كما ناقش المجلس بعض التقارير والدراسات؛ واتخذ بشأنها التوصيات المناسبة ووجه بمتابعة التنفيذ مع الجهات المعنية.
وأكد سمو الشيخ سيف بن زايد على تنفيذ المجلس التوجيهات الرشيدة لصاحب السمو الشيخ خليفة بن زايد آل نهيان، رئيس الدولة "حفظه الله"، وصاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، نائب رئيس الدولة رئيس مجلس الوزراء حاكم دبي "رعاه الله"، والتي ترتكز على تمكين المواطن وجعله المحور الرئيسي في خطط التنمية الشاملة والمستدامة.
وشدد سموه على ضرورة شمولية الحلول وواقعيتها بما يتناسب مع خطط التنمية؛ وتوجه الدولة نحو اقتصاد المعرفة بقيادة الكوادر الوطنية،  ووجه سموه بأن تعمل السياسات المقترحة على دفع وتشجيع القطاع الخاص لتبني مسؤوليته المجتمعية تجاه الدولة؛ ودعم خطط الدولة في سبيل تمكين المواطن، وبناء اقتصاد معرفي يعتمد أفضل الأساليب ويستثمر في التكنولوجيا والمعرفة؛ والتي بدورها لن تقلل من اعتماد الدولة على العمالة الأجنبية غير الماهرة فحسب، بل ستزيد من مستوى تنافسية الدولة وتخلق فرصاً للتوطين النوعي.

"ترخيص أبوظبي" تدعو السائقين للتأكد من صلاحية إطارات المركبات دورياً

طالبت إدارة ترخيص الآليات والسائقين بشرطة أبوظبي السائقين التأكد من صلاحية إطارات مركباتهم بشكل دوري؛ تجنباً للتلف والحوادث التي قد تنتج بسبب عدم سلامة الإطارات واجراء الفحوصات للإطارات  وقياس ضغط الهواء .
وكانت الإدارة قدمت  للسائقين توعية عن سلامة الإطارات والاستخدام الأمثل لها، ونصحتهم بالتأكد من مطابقة الإطارات للمواصفات قبل عملية الشراء، وملاءمتها لسرعة المركبة .
وأكد العقيد محمد معيوف الكتبي، مدير إدارة ترخيص الآليات والسائقين، أن توفير السلامة العامة في المركبات يلقى اهتماماً بالغ الأهمية من شرطة أبوظبي؛ خصوصاً صلاحية المركبات حفاظاً على سلامة الأفراد، وتجنب وقوع الحوادث، مشدداً على إجراء الفحوصات الفنية اللازمة للإطارات ، والتعرف على كيفية التحقق من سلامتها.
ودعا سائقي المركبات على الطرق الخارجية إلى عدم ترك إطارات مركباتهم التي يتم استبدالها على الطريق لتجنب تشكيل العوائق التي تؤثر على حركة المرور، مشيراً إلى ضرورة تعزيز التوعية لدى السائقين بهذا الشأن للمساهمة في تعزيز جهود التوعية بالحد من حوادث المرور .
وذكر المقدم حامد محمد شريف، رئيس قسم الخدمات المساندة  في إدارة ترخيص الآليات والسائقين، أن التوعية التي قدمتها الإدارة للسائقين خلال وجودهم للحصول على الخدمة في مركز الفحصي الفني الرئيسي "السلامة"، تضمنت توزيع بروشورات توعية حول الإطارات  لتحفيزهم للتأكد من صلاحيتها، والتعرف على مواصفاتها المعتمدة .
كما تضمنت التوعية محاضرة قدمها المهندس خالد عبد الغني، المدير الفني لشركة أبوظبي للإطارات عن الاستخدام الأمثل للإطارات وكيفية التعامل معها، وتوزيع الهدايا على السائقين لتعزيز تواصل شرطة أبوظبي مع المجتمع، وتوسيع دائرة التوعية بشكل عام .

Abu Dhabi Licensing Department to Regularly Inspect Tires

The Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department at Abu Dhabi Police has urged drivers to ensure the safety and ability of their vehicles’ tires in order to avoid serious traffic accidents caused by faulty, worn-out tires. Moreover, the department urged them to regularly check the condition of their tires and check their pressure.

It is worth mentioning that the department organized an awareness-raising initiative to educate motorists about tire safety and optimizing their use. It also advised them to make sure to choose the right tire that is the best option for their vehicles’ speed and power.

Colonel Mohamed Mayouf Al Kutbi, Head of the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department, stressed that Abu Dhabi Police pays great attention in order to provide the public with safety, and pays special attention to traffic issues in order to ensure the safety of individuals and prevent accidents. Moreover, Colonel Al Kutbi highlighted the importance of carrying out the necessary technical tests for tires, and learning how to verify their serviceability.

The Head of Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department also warned motorists who change their vehicles’ tires against leaving the damaged tires on external roads, which create obstacles that lead to traffic accidents. He also emphasized the need to increase awareness among drivers and have them participate in increasing the efforts in order to reduce the number of traffic accidents.

For his part, Lt. Colonel Hamid Mohammed Sharif, Head of the Support Services Section at the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department, said that the department organized an awareness-raising initiative for motorists during their visit to the Technical Test Center at the “Al Salama” main building. As part of the initiative, brochures that motivate people to check their tires were distributed. The brochures aimed to familiarize people with tire specifications.

The initiative also featured a lecture presented by Eng. Khaled Abdul Ghani, Technical Director at Abu Dhabi Tyre Co., about the optimal use of tires and how to handle them. Gifts were also distributed to motorists to enhance Abu Dhabi Police’s method of communicating with the community, and expand awareness in general.

Attending the awareness events were Captain Abdullah Al Tunaiji, Head of the Public Relations Branch; Captain Hamdan Al Matrooshi, Al Salama Center-Abu Dhabi Branch Manager; and Ahmed Al Mawafi Ibrahim, CEO of Abu Dhabi Tyre Co.

شرطة الغربية تحث رواد "تل مرعب" لممارسة الرياضات بالأماكن المخصصة

طالبت بعدم التوغل في الصحراء حفاظاً على سلامة الأفراد

حثت مديرية شرطة المنطقة الغربية  رواد سباق تل مرعب على الالتزام بشروط السلامة العامة، والتعاون مع عناصر الشرطة في هذا الجانب، وعدم ممارسة بعض الرياضات الخطرة؛ مثل سباق الدراجات النارية والسيارات المعدلة في الأماكن غير المخصصة لها، مشيرة إلى توافر الأماكن المناسبة لها لتحويلها لرياضة آمنة لمتعة ممارسيها ومشاهديها، وتوفر لهم الأمان والحيلولة دون وقوع حوادث.
ودعا  العقيد عجيل علي عبد الله، مدير المديرية الجمهور والمشاركين في مهرجان "سباق تل مرعب"، إلى عدم  التوغل في الصحراء حفاظاً على سلامتهم، وعند الاقتضاء ضرورة استخدام نظام "GPS" لتحديد الأماكن لتسهيل العثور عليهم عند الحاجة، حاثاً إياهم على أن يكونوا   شركاء  في توفير السلامة والأمن في الفعاليات الخاصة في تل مرعب، من خلال الالتزام بالقوانين، و المشاركة في تفعيل دور المجتمع، مشيراً إلى أنه في حال الاإلاغ عن أي أمر أو طلب مساعدة الاتصال على على رقم 999 أو 0503188141 للحصول على الخدمات الشرطية.
وذكر أن المديرية تقدم التوعية لجمهور سباق تل مرعب بمخاطر الاستخدام الخاطئ لبعض الرياضات الخطرة، كسباق الدرجات النارية و السيارات المعدلة في الأماكن غير المخصصة لها، وتتولى تأمين الطريق الرابط بين ليوا و موقع تل مرعب؛ بنشر الدوريات المرورية للمحافظة على انسيابية المرور والتزام قائدي المركبات بالسرعات المحددة لتجنب وقوع الحوادث.
ولفت إلى توفير وسائل السلامة والإنقاذ في الموقع للتدخل عند الحاجة لذلك، مقابل قيام  الدوريات الراجلة  للشرطة المجتمعية بتوزيع منشورات توعوية على الجمهور بإجراءات السلامة، والتزام المشاركين باتباع إجراءات متطلبات شروط الأمن والسلامة للمتسابقين.

Al Gharbia Police Encourages Avoiding Entry into Desert

Tal Moreeb Race Participants to Practice in Designated Areas

The Western Region (Al Gharbia) Police Directorate urged the participants in the Tal Moreeb Race to adhere to public safety precautions and cooperate with police officers at the event. The Directorate also asked them to refrain from participating in dangerous sporting activities, like riding motor bikes and driving modified cars outside of the designated areas. The venue was specifically designed to ensure a safe and fun time for the drivers and the audience alike. It was designed so that their safety could be maintained and accidents could be avoided.
Colonel Ojeil Ali Abdullah, Director of the Western Region Police Directorate, asked the race participants and the audience to abstain from going far into the desert as a safety precaution. He said that if they are to do so, they should specify their location and use GPS systems to aid search efforts when they are necessary. He encouraged them to cooperate in maintaining safety and security during the special activities at Tal Moreeb. This partnership could be implemented by complete compliance with the law and by fulfilling their social responsibilities. He explained that people can report incidents at any of the events, or call for help via 999 or 0503188141 to get the required police services.
Colonel Abdullah said that the directorate warns the Tal Moreeb Race participants about the risks involved with dangerous sporting equipment, including the usage of motor bikes and modified cars outside of the designated areas. He also said that the directorate has set up patrol stations on the road between Liwa and Tal Moreeb that will ensure public safety, smooth traffic flow, and adherence to speed limits in order to avoid traffic accidents.
Furthermore, Colonel Abdullah pointed out the directorate has taken all safety and rescue measures to ensure the ability of immediate intervention when necessary. Community Police patrollers will be on site to distribute awareness flyers that inform the audience about safety precautions. These patrollers are responsible for ensuring the participants’ adherence to safety and security regulations.
He also stated that the directorate is continuously working on promoting the concept of public safety and security. Additionally, the directorate is introducing public safety plans that aim to provide the highest levels of safety and security. The directorate is also working on promoting the concept of partnership in accordance with Abu Dhabi Police’s strategy regarding partnership, social development, and community policing.

"الداخلية" تعزز مفهوم احترام القانون لدى عناصر شرطة الشارقة

حثّت وزارة الداخلية منتسبي شرطة الشارقة على تعزيز مفهوم احترام القانون؛ والالتزام به في سلوكياتهم وأعمالهم.

وكان مكتب ثقافة احترام القانون، في الأمانة العامة لمكتب سمو نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الداخلية،  قدم محاضرات تثقيفية لمنتسبي القيادة العامة لشرطة الشارقة؛ استفاد منها ما يزيد عن  ألف منتسب.

وذكر الملازم أول ناصر الكعبي مدير فرع التوعية الشرطية في مكتب ثقافة احترام القانون  أنه تم استعرض أهم النقاط القانونية التي تحكم عمل عناصرالشرطة؛ كمأمور الضبط الإداري الذي يقوم بمنع وقوع الجريمة أو مأمور الضبط القضائي الذي يتولى ملاحقة مرتكبي الجرائم وتعقبهم لتقديمهم للعدالة؛ مع جمع العناصر اللازمة للتحقيق في الدعوى، مشيراً إلى ضرورة تعرف عناصر الشرطة إلى مثل هذه التفاصيل القانونية التي تعمل على تفعيل دورهم الأساسي في الحفاظ  على مكتسبات الأمن والاستقرار .
