After a successful run in Q2 from Danube Group, a Dh2 billion annual turnover conglomerate, is all set to reveal details of its latest upcoming ventures at the much awaited city scape exhibition. For the very first time, Danube Properties – a wholly-owned subsidiary of the country’s biggest building materials supplier, will be announcing the sale of a limited number of additional units, from its “Dreams by Danube” real estate project, previously launched, to satiate the growing investor demand in the market. Also in the pipeline is the launch of the division’s second realty venture, ‘Glitz Residence by Danube’, with an exclusive preview and details of the property being showcased at the event.
‘Dreamz by Danube’ launched earlier this year saw an instant sell-out within a week from the sales campaign. The successful response received by the project has greatly contributed to the brands sales growth of 16 per cent in the first six months of this year.
